Enhance your financial advisory skills with emotional intelligence

Are you ready to advance your financial planning career? Applied Emotional Intelligence for Financial Planners (AEIFP) is a four-session interactive programme designed to help finance professionals develop the emotional intelligence (EI) skills needed to build strong client relationships, make better decisions, and achieve superior client outcomes.

Why emotional intelligence matters in financial planning

Research shows that EI is a key driver of job performance, particularly in high-stakes professions like financial planning. Emotional intelligence enhances decision-making, builds trust, and strengthens relationships—critical elements in guiding clients through financial complexities.

By mastering EI, you can regulate emotions, read client behavioural cues more effectively, and communicate with clarity and empathy. This will ultimately lead to better financial outcomes for you and your clients.
